Francesco Pitea

Eng. Francesco Pitea was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of SF Yachts LLC in 2013. His responsibility is to ensure quality standards, increasing workforce engagement, managing company affairs, and providing an exceptional industry experience to SF Yachts Customers.

His personality is characterized by the great results he achieved from complex situations and his experience in different departments including, sales, service, human resources, legal affairs, finance and operations. Being an inspiration for the staff, he motivates employees by providing them with all the required tools and methods that enhances and improves work performance to the best levels.

A 2002 Mechanical Engineering Master's degree holder, Eng. Pitea has over 20 years of experience in the professional yachting industry and has been engaged in numerous organizations locally, regionally and internationally.

His professional expertise covers sales, marketing, public relations, media affairs, organizational improvements, strategic alliances, company policy, procedure development, strategic leadership and executive management.

Eng. Pitea oversees four branches of SF Yachts which are spread across the Middle East and North Africa with more than 60 employees, and which contributes to the increase in the company's revenues by 10% annually.

Prior to joining SF Yacht LLC, Eng. Pitea held several positions at many leading companies including, ART Marine, where he worked as a General Manager of Sales and Fleet as well as the General Manager for Sun Seeker Middle East Company LLC both in Dubai.
